RAW can use Access to manipulate data that would otherwise be hard to change with
Excel. If we had a problem with a complex table in Excel it would be much more
difficult to change as apposed to with Access. Access also offers a relationship
system that allows for universal updates. This means that if we screw up in one
spot and it needs to be correct in multiple others, it will be an easy fix. Our
customers benefit from this because if we lose any of their data about purchases
and/ or shipping information we can correct it quickly and their purchase will not
be delayed too much.
