I think it's neceseary for us to update our antivirus software to protext our computer being attack by hackers or just use your comeputer be the trick of them to avoid arrset.They can use our computer to do their job and we might be arrest because the police thought it was I did. Also, if we don't know our flashrives or moveable drives have been corrupt by the virus, we could "deliver" the virus to our friend and make him to get troble. To avoid the probability of loss a friend, we should protect our computer.

However, I don't think we need to create a law to force people to update or install that kind of software because it will create unnecessary panic of remote softwares. I think a few people know about hacker and become the hacker's hide point.If we create a law to force people do it, basically, we will loss our freedom of making decisions. I think it's a decision which depends on our decision.

Also, we need a lot of money to support the develop of the antivirus software to make sure it will defend the virus. Hacker could update the virus everyday to keep them steal the important information from the net.
