We think that an entertainment companies' victim could be someone who copies the company's work without their agreement, like a pirate version of a movie or a software. Also, the pirate version could be sell for more money than the original version. It' could become a mortal enemy of the entertainment companies because they hardly get their income. Actually, these "black market" still a big problem in some country, like China. We prefer to use the pirate version because it's free an convient. A villain of entertainment companies can be someone who copies other's working and create a new version based on it. The new version could make more money so the owner of the original one's could face the problem of insurfficient funds and bakcrupt or loss their employments.
