1. The hate speech is to belittle and vilify someone or group of people about their gender, personnality or skin colour.
2. I think it's important to create a limit to countrol the hate-speech. we are in a digital world that informations can spread very fast nowadays so the damage could be very huge. I suggest that the government or company could hire someone to monitor the blog webpage and delete the comment which can be decide as the hate speech.
3. I think it's har to create an international consensus to define the hate speech because there are some comment that hardly to decide it's a hate language or not.
