Summer's First Webpage from CS408 class.

This is my first web Page.Hope everyone like it!

1. I think hate speech is people who publish their fake and unrealistic thoughts to someone.Thoughts and ideas shouldn't be intentional harm someone's interest. Everyone is not perfect and everyone has the some defect. Those people often exaggerated their defects and publish on the internet.
2. Yes. We should put some limits for the teenage and children who are under 18. We should protect them to set some limits on those teens populate websites. For example, children should use filters to open every page which they want to visit. And the software filter should be undercharged by parents and government. Some places like library, school should have filter in their computers.
3. I don’t think so. For example: women and man are equal that all American would agree that. But if we are in the Middle East, it’s very hard to get agree. Every country has some different limits and laws. We can’t use one rule to regulation all over the world.
4. I think it depends on where you are stay. If you are a Chinese, you can’t publish anything against government. And Chinese usually don’t publish some huge disaster. So an American may judge Chinese press or filter was not responsible enough. But the circumstance makes the press and filter do that. As same as hate speech, you can’t publish anything was disrespect Muhammad. So I think there are still has some grey area that we can’t use one standard.
5. Yes. I think hate-oriented web and dirty pornographic websites are same harmful to us. Especially for the adolescence, they often commit hated things because they thought were cool.
6. Yes. And I think the filtering should be the most effective way to keep children safe from the hated materials. That was really a good idea and an easy way for parents.
7. There distinguish between online criminal and offline criminal is very minor. For example, if you sneak into someone’s office to read the high classified information. It’s very serious problems if you got caught. But if you simply hack someone’s computer, actually you don’t need to take high risk you can get whatever the information you want. Like CIA and FBI check your bank account by hacking your computer, even you have evidence to sue them. It’s impossible for them to take any responsibility for them.
8. No,i think there is no difference between two of them. It's harmful to children and us.
