wyBuild - create tiny update patches
wyBuild allows you to design and distribute updates to your program. You can build, test and upload the latest version of you software all within wyBuild. Also, unlike all other major update software, wyBuild works with non-administrator users on Windows, and has full UAC support in Windows Vista.
wyBuild is less than a megabyte download, uses the .NET Framework 2.0, and works perfectly with Windows 98, 2000, XP, and Vista.

CueSharp
CueSharp is an open-source cue-sheet parser library. What it does, briefly, is take cue sheets generated by Exact Audio Copy and allows you to open, manipulate, and save the cue sheet to a file. CueSharp is written in C# and it follows the cue sheet specification.
