Trevor

My name is Trevor, sports and fitness have played a big role in my life since I was young. I have been lifting weights for the past 6 years, 7 days a week (since 14years old), with maybe a week break here and there. Going to the gym is a privilege to me, and I really enjoy my time there. Over the years I have acquired my exercise awareness mostly by personal experience (trying different things to see how my body responds) but also from other people who share the same passion as me. I know it is tough to grasp various concepts all at once if you are just beginning to lift weights, this why I would like to share some of my knowledge, to beginners and also avid gym goers who are looking to improve their capability.
