History
Happy Tails was founded in 2003 by Gloria DeFrancisco. Gloria started this company due to her love for dogs. She began by walking dogs for her family, friends, and neighbors when they weren't home to do it. Over the years, Happy Tails was created and has expanded its customer base to locals who don't have the time to walk their own dogs.
