A key component to running a quality program is to have trained leadership. A trained leader also shows our Scouts that we care and Do Our Best just like they do. Pack 313 is very lucky to have quality training opportunities through Our Council, Pine Tree Council. Our Council and trainers always welcome questions and go out of their way to offer quality and convenient training opportunities.
