Pack 313 Leaders

Pack 313 has excellent leadership and this is a big part of why we have produced a quality program over the years. However, the nature of Cub Scouts has leaders as well as boys cycling through the pack at about every 4 to 5 years. SOme parents do stay active much longer due to multiple children. Leaders are much like a Cub Scout Den as the leaders and Scouts keep the Pack "Going & Growing".

The following table list some of the duties and expectations of Pack leadership divided by positon. This just covers some of the basics, see www.scouting.org about scout leadership for full details.
