| Durham House of Pets was founded in 1967 by George Thomas. He felt that Durham needed a place at the time to provide for all of the pet community! At first, DHOP only sold food items for dogs and cats. They later expanded in 1985 to also sell fish accessories and toys for the animals. In recent years, we had a design team help us out on manufactoring new apparel for your animals! Dogs can now find an entire wardrobe in our shelves. This really helps the pet store grow as a well known and creative business recently.

Since ur store has been around for so long, we have a higher level of experience than other new stores in our area and also, we feel that we have more of a connection to the community. |
