I have a vested interest in video games. I consider myself a "hardcore" gamer and take pride in the fact that I am a female gamer. I love hack-and-slash, first-person shooter, and role-playing games. My favorites for the XBOX 360 are games in the Halo franchise (FPS), Ninety Nine Nights (hack & slash) and Fable 2 and 3(RPG). I also love to read, and recently have become somwwhat of a news junkie. I like to debate current, controversial issues or politics to get otherindividuals points of view
I am currently employed at Comcast; I thoroughly enjoy my job. I am working as an Advanced QC Coordinator; working with VOIP, internet, and video provisioning systems. I have had some great experiences; over the 5 years I have worked at Comcast I have helped create two new teams of employees; my current team and a prior team developed to handle the process of bringing telephone numbers from other companies over to Comcast (porting). I have also duplicated processes my current team follows for brand new QC teams in the Chicago and Michigan regions. It provides great learning opportunities inside and outside of the telecommunications industry. I have developed my current interest in CIS through experience gained through work.
