Samantha's Wedding Cakes was founded in 1999 by Samantha herself in its same location in New York City. Starting out selling wedding cakes out of her home, she decided it was time to expand her business and get a real shop going. The cakes have changed over time due to the style changes and expectations of the bride, however they have continued to maintain the same quality and taste.
