It's difficult to have overlooked the current cupcake craze. Shows like Cupcake Wars, Ace of Cakes, Cake Boss, and DC Cupcakes seem to be everywhere as well as a myriad of products created by people in each of these shows to help you, the viewer, make spectacular cupcakes of all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately, these experts have years of experience that the average channel surfer most likely does not.
I do not have years of cupcake making experience, but I couldn't be happier that everywhere I look I see colorful cupcake foils, creative recipes, and cake decorating classes. Hopefully if you've made it to this page you love cupcakes, too and will benefit from some of my mistakes, accidental discoveries, and favorite resources.
