The Role of Excel

Microsoft Excel can be used in numerous ways that help Cats & Company to be the most efficient business possible. Excel helps to organize our daily schedules. In addition, it keeps track of which cats need to be taken care of when and at which location. This provides an advantage to our customers because we are able to quickly see when/where we have opening spots for availability. This allows our company to be able to get back to our customers as fast as possible with openings and communicate accordingly. There is also a less likeihoold of mix-ups in scheduling and space available. When it comes to our prices and calculating sum total orders we turn to Excel as well. Excel helps Cats & Company to organize and stay on top of our business so it runs smoothly.
