Our History
Durham House of Pets is a true one of a kind pet store. Established in 2004, Durham House of Pets set out with a goal to develop a unique pet store in the center of downtown Durham. Since it has been established DHOP has donated large amounts of money to pet shelters in neighboring towns. Owning a pet store has been my dream since I was a young girl and my family has made my dream come true. We have worked hard to bring a wide variety of supplies to the small town. By keeping prices low we hope to attract customers and save them the hassle of traveling to larger stores.
