
Healthy College
Welcome to the Healthy College website. This site was designed with the students of the University of New Hampshire in mind. Our primary demographics range from undergrads at 18 years old up to grad students at 28 years old. The remainder of this page will break down our website in what we thought would be the most efficient and easy to understand, health website. Our very own, Zac Abrams, has a family nutritionist, so he was able to gain some insight into great workouts and healthy dietplans depending on your needs.
The website's second tab, "demograph overview," depicts the three demographs we commonly found in gyms here around the University of New Hampshire. The three demographs are:
- Lose Weight
- Gain Muscle
- Stay In Shape
The website's third tab, "Workout Plans," gives our recommended workout plans for the previously mentioned demographics. If you're looking to lose weight, our website will explain some key cardio-related exercises that will help you burn off that extra weight. On the other hand, if you're looking to gain some muscle, then our site will cover workouts that will help you bulk up and get that cut look you're aiming for. Finally, our last demographic aims for the all-around stay-in-shape mentality. Our website provides an excellent cross-fit workout that will keep you in great shape.
The website's fourth tab, "Diet Plans," gives our recommended diet plans with the same demographics in mind. Students looking to lose weight will come across meals that will keep you lean and mean. While students who are looking to gain muscle will have a week filled with calories that will help you put on weight that can convert to muscle. Finally, our cross-fit stay-in-shape plan will have you staying energized with well-balanced meals. The website's fifth tab, "Gyms," list our recommended gyms in the grater-Durham area that will allow you to accomplish your goals following our recommended diet and workout plans.
