You may also pay in cash, check or by using a bank credit card. We will also extend interest-free, short-term financing for your portion of the bill.

Return Policies

For your convenience, you can return merchandise to any Durham House of Pets store within the given time period on the receipt.Exchanges can be made at any store. If exchanging for a different item, you will receive credit for the amount paid as listed on your receipt. Personalized products cannot be returned to a Durham House of Pets store. Returns made after 45 days will be issued as store credit.
