3.32 Do criminals have their own rights as normal citizen in the country?or does everyone has rights to violate criminals' privacy?
In my point of view,I think web should remove his case at least his name,because this is really unfair for him and his family; because of that, his family will get influence by his case. Everybody has their own rights which include criminal.
For example, Google map remove everybody's face because they did not get people's permit to post their face on the web, this is why criminal also has his rights to remove his case from web. Reveal personal information will bring a lot of persecutes.
In other hand, in China when the court judge a people their is a accusation called deprive politics rights. During that time, they do not have any citizen rights to do anythings, like voting or portrait. So this is another situation for criminals, if so I guess Wikipedia has his rights to do it.
For me, I think Wikipedia do not have rights to post criminals infornations, because Wikipedia is not a governemnt company, it just a private wedsite, people's information are all protected by governemnt evne they are criminals, it not only violate he rights and also violate his family's right, it will give his family big perplex.
