How Do We Use Access?
Microsoft Access is a useful tool for us when we need to organize our inputs and outputs. At this stage in our developent we have many customers and orders to keep track of for liability and structural purposes. We only warrenty our products for 2 years so if there is a question as to whether someone made a purchase within that time frame and they want a new watch, we will be able to know the exact time and date it was purchased to help them out. All we have to do is type in their name into the database and all of their purchases, notes and more information will be listed. This is important for larger businesses that have people constantly making returns so when any random employee is working they will know if the person trying to make the return does this too often.
