BMW of Munich

The BMW headquarters is located in Lerchenauer Strasse to the east of the Olympic Park in Munich, Germany. In 1922 the sale of engine consrtuction started it all for BMW. Originally BMW produced engines use in aircraft, but in 1923 they produced thier first motorcycle and by December 1938 the 100,000th motorcycle came off the production line. In 1952 production of cars started at the Munich plant, after previously being produced at the Eisenach plant.
