Microsoft Excel is used quite often within our business. Excel is used to not only organize our financial data between our personal business expenses and our students financial information, but it is used in order to create time-sheets for our employees, class schedules, attendance records and other important spreadsheets. Excel allows our business to enter calculations about certain financial data without having to do it by hand on a calculator. The feature " Auto Sum " allows us to enter purchases with extra fees and tax and give a total price within seconds. Excel makes our work much easier. Our studio also provides jobs for some of our students which involves working as receptionists, causing them to have to work with excel on their own and organize important data.
