Durham House of Pets© was founded in the year 1974 by Jaycee Heapes. Heapes founded the company for her love of animals and began selling home-made cat food. 10 years later she established Durham House of Pets© in her hometown. Since then, the business has grown to three locations in New Hampshire and one in Massachusetts.
