New Hampshire Sporting Goods began in April of 2005 when Nicholas Chapman was unsatisfied with other Sporting goods stores. Nicholas felt he could compete with other sporting goods retailers and add some additional equipment to attract new customers. Nicholas started the company out by selling similar products do other retailers but soon attained new contracts from brands like Nike and Adidas for additional products. Since 2005, the company has gained many cutomers and has gone on to sponsor major athletes like Tiger Woods and Derek Jeter.
