 Main Payload 350mA at +28V
 Sub payloads 150mA at +28V

Flight Events
1) TED arm deploy (main payload).

2) HV turn on above 160Km (all payloads). The HV on function requires 28V at
   less than 20mA. Altitude switch hold-off of this function is not required.
   HV should be timed to turn on above 160Km and remain on. Sub payload HV on
   can be done before separation.

Umbilical
A TEST signal is required (all payloads). The TEST function requires 28V at
100mA. This line powers internal test oscillators for payload checks. Power
to this line should come only from the umbilical so that there is no chance
of the test oscillators being powered during flight.
