The middle panel is averaged energy spectra from the forward looking pad of the 8Kev ion detector (HH). The counts seen at the high end of the sweep near 100 sec and near 1200 sec are suspect. These counts correlate very well with the ram so it seems unlikely that they could be real 8Kev ions.
The bottom panel is averaged energy spectra from the 800eV ion detector (HI). This detector suffers from fairly severe UV contamination. The sun pulses cause most of the vertical lines seen in this summary. The large blob of ions seen between 200 and 300 sec is also seen by the BEEPS detector and appears to be made up of O+. The high energy ions seen later barely reach down into the energy range of the BEEPS but appear to be made up of H+.
