In
memory of and sympathy for A local farmer killed His
brother wounded
on
Tuesday evening, March 10, 2009 in the Spinni Kotta area
of Lashkar Gah, Helmand Province. Foreign occupation forces fired a mortar,
killing a local civilian. The independent reporter, Zainullah Stanakzai, of Pahjowk Afghan News reported on March 11th
, The relatives of the deceased and the
area people took to the streets early this morning, chanting slogans against US
forces and the government. A protester Haji Ahmad Jan called for a revolt
against the government if it did not take action against the killers of
innocent men. He said the man killed in the raid was a farmer and his brother
sustained serious injuries…he said the attack landed the family in deep trouble
as there is no one else to feed them. Locals say the existence of foreign
