In memory of 2
civilians
in
the AM of June 2, 2009 in the Nirkh district of
Maidan Wardak Province. U.S-led forces carried out a raid searching allegedly
for a Taliban-sub commander, Shah Agha, active in the region. The “militants”
were targeted in a “compound” in Qali Pactshah, which was then “precision”
bombed. The predictable result was two more
dead Afghan civilians (and six Taliban) according to a Wardak spokesman
(as reported only by Reuters). Precisely
killed in a U.S air strike |
