“a lot of civilian villagers” killed

killed during later September 2006

in the Chora District of Uruzgan Province by Australian SAS occupation soldiers. The Chora District is not far from Camp Holland where Australian occupation forces are based. Hard fighting took place pitting 500 occupation soldiers against Taliban in a valley. Australian helicopters landed troops in a compound. Fierce fighting ensued. No independent reporter can get near the area and, hence, what we know depends upon the words of either a Lt. Col. Mick Ryan of the Australian forces or those (above) of Mullah Mohammad, the Taliban commander in the region.
