In memory of
A child

killed
on June 11, 2006
in
the Saray Shomaly area on the outskirts of Kabul. A U.S.
occupation force tow truck hot
a motorcycle which had slowed down. It then flipped into an embankment
and
plowed into a home, killing a child and injuring other persons. An
Afghan
member of parliament, Shukraia Barakzi, visited the scene and told the
BBC,
“The way the Americans are driving is against traffic rules
and regulations. If
an Afghan kills someone in America
in a road accident, people don’t try him in an Afghan court,
instead they try
him in an American court.” She is correct, but then Afghans
(or their U.S.
puppets) don’t write U.S.
laws.
