Sayyid Ahmad, 16

died on November 21, 2001

in Shakar Qala village, a suburb of Herat. The area had been heavily cluister-bombed around October 22nd. On Tuesday, November 20th, two cousins, aged 7 and 9, were injured when they picked up an unexploded bomblet while playing outside. The following day, Sayyid Ahmad, 16, was decapitated after he picked up a piece of a cluster bomb.
