during the night of January 31/February 1, 2007
in Khost city in two incidents where NATO occupation forces opened fire. NATO troops fired upon a two persons riding a motorcycle, injuring one. Later, the NATO troops fired at a taxicab in the Mujahid Square of Khost city. Two more people were wounded and one died of his wounds. The driver of the taxicab who was injured said he had stopped his vehicle but the NATO soldiers still fired. The doctor in charge of Khost’s civic hospital confirmed receiving two injured persons during the night.
