Abdul Hakim Akhond, district chief of Tagab, told Pajhwok that a bomb fired by “coalition forces” (meaning US in Kapisa) hit the home of Naqibullah. The bomb killed Naqibullah, a farmer, his wife and child. The U.S. propaganda office refused any comment about the incident – silence is always the first line of defense in official U.S. military news management.
