in Necha Karez village, Zamindawar area of the Kajaki district in southern Helmand. Zamindawar is located northwest of Kandahar on the right bank of the Helmand River. Foreign occupation forces (probably either British or U.S.) killed six local residents in a night-time raid, according to local residents. The Afghan, mainstream western press, and NATO/US occupation forces were silent about the operation.
