At a military firing range in Pul-i-Charki about 10 kms east of Kabul . U.S Special Forces 5th Battalion, 19th Group soldiers were training Afghans to fire mortars. They fired upon a hill where the ten children were sitting, killing four teenagers and injuring 3 others (including Noor Gul, 14, shown in photo);
