died around October 15, 2001

in the Qadis district of Badghis Province. On October 12th , the Taliban had occupied the area after 4 five of heavy U.S bombing. Around midnight on October 14/15th, the U.S renewed intense bombing, dropping cluster bombs in Qala-e-Nau (Qal’eh-Ye-Naw), capital of Badghis, targeting the airport and military barracks. Bibi Kwer lost her husband and home in the U.S bombing attacks. Unconfirmed reports said 12 people were killed in the bombing.
