on a road leading into Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh Province. A Swedish ISAF patrol vehicle ran into a civilian car, killing a young girl and injuring 4 other civilians (including two women). A close relative of the girl, Mohammad Salim, was outraged, “they should stay inside their camp if (they) could not control themselves.” As usual, the occupation forces expressed sorrow and condolences.
