in Kabul. U.S-led occupation forces in Kabul fired upon a vehicle driven by an Afghan civilian, wounding the driver and a bystander. Such incidents are common nowadays throughout southern, eastern and central Afghanistan. A U.S. propaganda spokesperson, Capt. Vanessa Bowman, said “…our prayers are with them for a full, quick recovery.” How sweet.
