An Afghan male doctor

killed and injured on November 22, 2006

on a city road in the Khair Khana district of Kabul. U.S. occupation troops fired upon a civilian vehicle which was “observed driving suspiciously.” The dead man was a doctor from Laghman Province who worked on the Bagram military base.  Such incidents are very common with the most recent being the slaying on November 15^th of two more civilians in Helmand Province.
