in the poor neighborhood of Qala-e-Chaman, 2 kms west of Kabul center, near the Kabul airport. Qand Agha, 35, a resident said, “The bomb fell on a house and killed a 12-yr-old girl. Three other houses collapsed under the shock.” Another U.S. “precision” bomb hit a playground killing the three daughters of Ali Awiz, according to a witness named Rasmir.
