killed during night of November 2/3, 2006

in the Feroz Khail area, Tagab Valley district of Kapisa Province in the north of Afghanistan. In response to a Taliban attack upon an ISAF convoy in the area, NATO/US war planes bombed a “compound” during the night. According to resistance sources, the “precision” strike killed seven civilians (including women and children) as well as two Taliban fighters. A member of the Kapisa provincial council, Munawar Khan said, “I myself saw the body of as least one man killed in the bombing. Two women of the same family suffered injuries when the house was attacked.” U.S. occupation forces promulgated on Sunday, November 4th that no civilian was killed in the Kapisa bombing.
