In Sympathy for

5 civilians (including 2 children)

on Saturday, November 17, 2007

in the Nader Shah Kot district of Khost Province. Foreign-led (probably either U.S or Italian-led) Afghan forces based there wounded these five civilians during so-called firing according to Pajhwok Afghan News (no major international wire agency reported the story). Haji Muhammad Hassan a local elder and guardian of a minor said, “My child lost his limb due to the firing.” The occupation forces have a history of carelessness in the region. The incident was even confirmed by the Afghan commander of the 1st army brigade who said foreign forces were involved in the shootings.
