in a village near Tarin Kot, Uruzgan Province. U.S/NATO (Dutch) forces reported several battles in the area. U.S/NATO forces bombed the area according to villagers in the affected area interviewed by Reuters and the BBC, killing a dozen civilians. NATO said that it had killed at least “55 Taliban fighters” and that one NATO occupation soldier was also killed. Presumably killed by close-air support bombing
