I'm sorry Nets, but that was just plain embarrassing. The Celtics come out pumped from their 6th win and let the Nets know that they were going for 7 straight. Rondo told Doc before the game that he couldn't play, and Nate stepped up to the point guard role in a big way. He had 21 points, 6 assists and rebounds, and 1 steal. The bench played most of the game, the starters had a big impact like KG with a double-double with 14 rebounds and 13 points with only 26 minutes of playing time. Paul Pierce was quoted talking about if this was a complete game for Boston, It was about 38 or 39 (minutes). It was very close. These are the type of games that can sneak up on and surprise you. With the New Jersey Nets playing well and the game being at one o'clock, it's a set up for a letdown. We played about 37 good minutes
