Excel

We use Excel daily keep track of our appointment schedual. Each valued customer is entered into our spreadsheet which allows us to organize and prepare for our upcoming appointments.We also keep a spreadsheet of the different perscriptions that our company offers to elephant orphanages. Excel also comes is great use to our company because it allows us to know our budget. We keep track of all of our incomes and expenses which then allows us to be aware of our net income. Net income is the money that our company has to spend after all other expenses are paid. Excel is also used to keep track of our employee payroll and our donations.Marissa Bazarian used Excel when determining where to locate the company outside of the United States. She used specific criteria to determine the location. The criteria consited of the largest elephant population nearby, most efficient access to other orphanages world wide, and most afforable land cost. She concluded that Mombasa, Kenya was the best choice. Our valued customers benefit from our use of excel because it provides a more efficient way for TBMAE to opperate which provides the customers with accurate medical care and perscriptions.

Our top priorities for our company are to be clost to the largest elephant population nearby possible and the efficiency of our access to other orphanages. The Bazarian Medical Association for Elephants came to a conclusion that Mombasa, Kenya was our best choice of location.
