Music by Prophet

(disclaimer: I never claimed to be a musician and this material was written long ago. Besides, I wrote for guitar, not midi. I'm rather surprised at how well it translates!)

Softly Comes The Season

Copyright 1982 by Marc C. Allain

This was composed on my 12-string guitar in December of 1982. Give a listen, if you will.

Verse 2:
Merry smiles that greet you on the way,
Wishing you a very happy holiday.
Presents piled beneath the Christmas tree,
Bearing cards that say "To you, from me."

Verse 3:
Christmas carols sung before a fire,
Bits of popcorn strung along a wire,
Happy people joining hand to hand,
As the Christmas spirit spreads across the land.
