July-August - Museum open Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and by appointment. Located on Rt. 16, one mile east of Rangeley, Maine.

JULY

Sat 6: Auction
9 a.m., View auction goods, at Logging Museum
10 a.m., Auction begins and continues until all is gone

Sat 20: Knit & Crochet & Crafts Show and Sale
9 a.m.-3 p.m., Logging Museum

Fri-Sat 26-27: Logging Festival
Fri 26:
11 a.m., Museum opens
All afternoon: preparation and burying of beans, music
5 p.m., Biscuit bake: free biscuits
7 p.m., Evening Program, Rangeley Inn, Main St., Rangeley. Little Miss and Mister Wood Chip contest, Loggers Hall of Fame awards, Maine Event Cloggers perform, door prizes
Sat 27:
10 a.m., Parade on Main St, Rangeley
After parade: music, Maine Event Cloggers perform, Museum displays, crafts tent, forest displays, equipment displays
11:30 a.m., Beanhole bean dinner
12:30 p.m., Woodsmen's Competition
Afternoon: Chain saw carving demonstration by The Mad Whittler

OCTOBER

Sat 5: Apple Festival, Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Main St, Rangeley,
9 a.m.-3 p.m.

11 a.m., Beef stew luncheon begins
All day: Crafts, bake sale, music, apple pressing, chain saw carving demonstrations by The Mad Whittler and the Maine Woods Whittler (Rodney Richard Sr. and Rodney Richard Jr.)
