1. Download the pageTemplate file from Blackboard to my computer.
2. Open the pageTemplate file in Notepad and save as a new file.
3. Enter the element tags and content for the page
All tags are entered in lowercase and enclosed with the greater than/less than symbol.
The main page tags are the html, head, and body. They are paired tags.
The man text block tags are headers, paragraph, and blockquotes.
4. We viewed the file in a browswer window. We made edits in the Notepade file.
Saved the file. Returned to the browser and refreshed the brownswer screen.
