       Durham House of Pets was established in 1951 by Danielle Rogers, a woman known for her unbelievable care for animals. Danielle grew up on a prosperous farm in Lousiana and working with the animals there became her lifelong passion. It is from her enthusiasm for pets that we base our company's vision and mission.
       When Durham House of Pets first open, it began selling pet food, toys, and pet accessories. Now DHP has expanded into a wider variety of products for many different pets and has greatly improved the quality of its products, far beyond the standards of its competitors. Recently, it has begun to carry more environmentally-safe and wallet-friendly products. With sustainable business practices, we intend to reduce our carbon footprint here at Durham House of Pets.
