By Lauren Krebs
Eating healthy doesn't have to be more costly however includes a plan, smart purchasing, and preparing of food on a specific budget. Get the fruits and vegeteables you need without breaking the bank. Most importantly, create a smaple weekly menu in which meets all nutritional needs at a cost below current average food costs. Other requirements to making healthy choices include portion control and physical exercise.
"Eat this Not That" is a great tool to use when trying to decide which foods to both buy and prepare for meals as well as snacks. Because it is tough to say no to your favorite foods such as chicken fingers and pizza, knowing there are other options of foods to select that are nutritional-dense for the same price is always motivation. The following are examples of both a food and drink a the movies that will save you a tremendous amount of calories that are excessive and aren't needed in the diet.

Although food choice has a great deal of impact on maintaining a healthy diet,
exercise also plays a major role. There are three exercise routines that particularly play a role in my life as a college student and can apply to yours as well. These include
Yoga,
Strength Training, and
Running.
